It was the easiest dinner!
Chef Jeremy Shigekane included a recipe card on how to prepare the ono, which also offered ideas on how to serve it.
After baking the ono, I served it with the Yuzu Brown Butter Sauce, atop a bed of sauteed Sumida Farms Watercress (sauce and watercress was included in the CSA Box!).
