I loved that there was very little prep involved for this kit (right up my alley!), but I still found Chef Kevin's video's so helpful and informative, as he explained different types of sausages and what was in the charcuterie.
I enjoyed it so much, that I suggested that they should offer this kit regularly! Who wouldn't want to have such an easy, yummy spread for the next gathering?
