Asparagus - it's a good source of fiber, folate, vitamins A, C, E, K, and antioxidants. One of my most favorite ways to enjoy asparagus is to wrap them up with thin slices of bacon and bake them until the bacon is nice and crispy. In my opinion, the crispier, the better!
