Tainan Noodles with Onsen Egg

Included in the M by Chef Mavro CSA Box were six Petersons' Upland Farm Onsen Eggs.

I decided to make packaged Tainan noodles, and top it with some bok choy, SPAM, green onions, and an Onsen egg.

The eggs would also be great just on some rice with a little shoyu.

What a neat idea to have onsen eggs in the CSA box!
