They were huge (and flourless!), and I only wish I added more M&M's and chocolate chips!
Directions:
Monster Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c butter, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 c smooth peanut butter
- 1 T vanilla extract
- 2 t baking soda
- 1/2 t salt
- 4 1/2 c Old Fashioned oats
- 1 c M&M's
- 1 c chocolate chips
Directions:
- Pre-heat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, cream the sugars and butter together until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs, peanut butter, vanilla, baking soda and salt until well combined.
- Stir in oats.
- Stir in M&M's and chocolate chips.
- Scoop 2-to 3-tablespoon mounds of the dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes and allow to cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheets before transferring them to a rack to cool completely.
