Everyone who knows me well knows I don't eat a lot of seafood, but when someone gave me Kole, and a chef offered to cook it up, of course I had to try!
I never had kole before, but it was very tasty. The chef fried it up, and he kept commenting it "tastes like chicken." The flavor was very mild and not fishy at all, and even though I had to pick around a lot of tiny bones to eat the meat, it was worth it, and it's probably one of the best fishes I've ever tried.
