These cookies have a nice touch of peanut butter, especially great for those who love that PB+Chocolate combo!
Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 t salt
- 1 c butter, softened
- 1 c sugar
- 1/2 c packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 c creamy peanut butter
- 2 t pure vanilla extract
- 2 c old-fashioned whole rolled oats
- 2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a medium bowl.
- In a separate large bowl. mix together the butter and sugars until creamy.
- Add the eggs, peanut butter, and vanilla. Mix until combined.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
- Stir in oats.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Scoop 2 teaspoonfuls of dough onto parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for approximately 13 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool on baking sheet for at least 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool.
