`Ulu Chips

I was never a huge fan of `ulu (breadfruit). I’ve had `ulu fries many times, and I never cared for them. So when @deniset73 gave me a bag of `ulu chips, I was eager to try, but I had no idea I would become addicted to them.

I ate a bag in one sitting.  That’s how delish they are.

She slices the `ulu thin and fries the slices up until crispy & golden brown, then seasons them.

Another friend calls it `ulu crack - they are just that good!

I know there are companies that sell `ulu chips, but I don’t think any could compare to @deniset73’s!
