Pepperoni Pizza Egg Muffins

Since I had some leftover mozzarella cheese and pepperoni after making the French Bread Pizza, I decided to make these Pepperoni Pizza Egg Muffins.

They are a cinch, and is great for any meal of the day!

Simply take a muffin tin, spray it with cooking spray, and scramble an egg in each.  Sprinkle some garlic powder and mozzarella cheese, and top each with a pepperoni slice.  Sprinkle on some parsley, and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.

Quick and easy!
