In my never ending quest to find the best chocolate chip cookie recipe, I tried a recipe for Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies. I favor chewy over crispy (although there are some crispy types I REALLY love), so I was excited to give this recipe a try!
The recipe says if you have time, to refrigerate the dough, but I didn't have time (I just really wanted cookies ASAP), but even though I skipped that part, the cookies still turned out very yummy! I loaded them with extra chocolate chips!
