I love Corned Beef Hash Patties, but last week was the first time I made them for my kids!
They are really simple to make, and it's a fave for breakfast, especially with eggs (I personally like my hash smothered in gravy).
Corned Beef Hash Patties
Ingredients:- 1/2 large round onion, chopped
- 1 can (12 oz) corned beef
- 2 large cooked, peeled, mashed russet potatoes
- 1 large egg
- 1 t salt
- 1 t pepper
- Vegetable oil for frying
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together the corned beef, potatoes, onions, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Shape into patties and pan fry until browned on both sides.
Does the egg get mixed in with the other ingredients or is that fried for on the side?
