My egg style of choice is scrambled. Or hard-boiled.
So when my son asked me to make Sunny-Side-Up eggs, I really just cracked the egg in the pan and crossed my fingers and hoped for the best!
I later asked my chef friend what's the secret to perfect Sunny-Side-Up eggs, and he replied "low and slow."
I fried the egg on medium-high heat, and he said it looked great.
How do you make perfect Sunny-Side-Up eggs?
I "tried" to make sunny side eggs this morning. Had it on Medium and i covered it. When i lidted the cover, sunny side turned into a total eclipse. I enjoyed it though. Love your blog.
