Hilo Rice Noodle Soup

Hilo Rice Noodle Soup offers both Chinese and Vietnamese cuisine.  I decided to order Bo Kho - a Vietnamese Beef Stew that I've tried elsewhere and absolutely love.


Hilo Rice Noodle Soup's version was delish as well.  You can get it with rice or noodles (I chose rice).

It was the perfect rainy day meal!
