Because of county restrictions, Na`au is continuing to do only private dinners vs public pop-ups. We had another small, private dinner over the weekend, and it went amazingly well.
Chef Brian Hirata showcased a variety of Hawai`i-sourced ingredients, including many of which he foraged and harvested himself.
