Stuffed Cookies

Last week I made Reese's PB Cup-Stuffed Cookies with leftover Halloween candy (you can find the recipe here).

I've made other variations of stuffed cookies:

Dark Chocolate-Stuffed Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie

Cheesecake-Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies



Nat suggested jelly.  I think I may try OREO.  or boba.

I can't do Nutella since my youngest is allergic.  

What else should I try stuffing cookies with?
