What's Your Favorite Cookie to Bake?

One of my go-to cookies to bake and eat are these Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies. It's a recipe from Quaker Oats (fun fact - I started making them when I was nursing because I read that oatmeal helps boost milk production), and it's been a fave of mine for years now.

I have a go-to Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe
as well.
