Cutting Kabocha

I've heard from many people just how hard it is to cut into kabocha, so when I made Kabocha Bread, I didn't want to struggle, and I looked for insight online.

All you have to do is roast it whole, and you can cut through the kabocha like butter!

Seriously!

Put it in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour, then after letting it cool, you can cut through it with ease and use the flesh for Kabocha Bread or any other kabocha dishes!
