I got a sweet surprise in the mail last week - a delivery of Honolulu Cookie Company's 2021 Valentine's Collection!

The You Had Me at Aloha box features 16 signature pineapple-shaped shortbread cookies in the following flavors:

As for the cookies themselves - I love the Chocolate-Dipped shortbread cookies, but my kids love them all, especially the Guava!
