The pandemic caused a lot of companies to pivot their business models. In the restaurant industry, many turned to take-out, as the government put restrictions on dine-in. The all-you-can-eat buffet concept seemed to be on the verge of disappearing for good, but Prince Waikiki's 100 Sails Restaurant & Bar launched Indulge, A Signature Grazing Experience, which offers an all-you-can-eat experience in a new format.
I was invited to try out this new experience, and I loved it!
At Indulge, you can visit Action Stations for items like poke, sushi, and desserts, while options such as rice, vegetables, steamed snow crab, and tempura are brought to your table.
Social distancing markers can be found at the Action Stations, which you are welcome to visit anytime. For the menu items that are served - you can simply request for the server to bring you more once you are ready. Whether it's more rice, chowder, short ribs or crab - you can eat your fill!
The Porchetta (from the Action Station) and the Braised Short Ribs (served to you; Valentine's menu) were my faves. The Porchetta, which Chef Joseph Almoguera perfected over weeks, was juicy with an amazing sauce, and the Short Ribs were topped with truffles and so tender!

If you're too stuffed from crab legs or prime rib and have room for just one dessert pick, I highly recommend the Prince Signature Bread Pudding, but many people raved about the Taro Malasadas Ice Cream Sandwich as well.
