I love that there is an
Uncle Bo's in Haleiwa, which means I don't have to go all the way into town to get some yummy, Uncle Bo's faves that I can enjoy family style.
On the weekends they offer a brunch menu, which means they open at 10am, but we still couldn't resist some of our "usuals":

The Bo's Big Nachos is another popular fave. Won Ton Chips (served separately) come with kalua pork, ham, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, and lots of cheese!

The Fish & Chips came with 4 pieces of breaded mahi, which I thought were small for the price we paid, but still good.
