Zia's Caffe

Zia's Caffe has been our go-to for Saturday night take-out when we feel like treating ourselves to a delicious meal without having to leave our zip code.

Last month for Valentine's Day, we ordered Zia's Valentine's Day 4-course meal. At just $55 per person, it was a steal.

Zia's Valentine's Day

Kona Maine Lobster Ragu

Caprese Salad

Koji Cured Prime Rib Eye with roasted kabocha, garlic broccolini and red bliss potatoes

The restaurant was busy with both dine-in and take-out customers - a great sight to see during these challenging times for restaurants. The food was outstanding - the ragu was my favorite dish - I just love lobster! The steak was juicy, nicely seasoned and generously portioned. I could only eat half of my steak entrée because I wanted to save some room for dessert.  The strawberry panna cotta with a dark chocolate gelato was the perfect ending to our V-day celebration.

We were so impressed with our V-day meal that we ordered take-out the following Saturday. It just happened to be their monthly prime-rib weekend, so the hubby ordered the prime rib entrée (I forgot to take photos of it!!) and I ordered the shrimp scampi.  For dessert, we tried the tiramisu, since I had been craving tiramisu for a while now. It did not disappoint!

I'm already looking forward to the next take-out meal from Zia's!
