100 Sails Restaurant & Bar's Indulge: A Signature Grazing Experience has become quite popular. With the success of this re-imagined buffet, they recently launched Sunday Brunch, and I was invited to a preview.
For $85 on Sundays from 9am-1pm, guests can indulge in a variety of eats that are both served and accessible via action stations.

I loved the Porchetta and the desserts (especially the decadent Bread Pudding). I loved the playful presentation of the Fried Chicken - served atop a cornbread cupcake and mashed potatoes (many people thought it was dessert!).
I also really enjoyed the Clam Chowder. I wanted more, but I knew if I filled up on soup I wouldn't have been able to enjoy the other items!
And of course, if you're hungry for more of anything, you can simply revisit an action station or ask your server for any of the served courses. You can eat as much as your heart desires!
The Sunday Brunch offers a nice variety of foods (you can view the complete menu here), and is definitely worth a visit for those who wish to indulge for any reason at all.
