Ohana Ko cocktail
The new space has the same elegant ambiance as their former location as well as a delicious menu. I started with their Ohana Ko cocktail made with Ko Hana Kea Agricole Rum, fresh lime, turbinado sugar, raspberry, and Ma'o Farms celery ice cube. It's such a pretty drink and I really enjoyed the rum creation.
My daughter was super hungry, yet didn't want to order any appetizers. I'm so glad I talked her into sharing the Kona Lobster Rolls because they were amazing! It comes 3 to an order and the homemade pretzel buns are so tasty! I let her have 2. Now, that's love.
I had the Big Glory Bay salmon that is served with a vegetable medley, potatoes, and ponzu. It was flavorful and the salmon was cooked perfectly. My daughter had the popular Mochi Crusted Kona Kampachi and remarked how yummy the somen noodles were and why are our somen noodles at home not like this? She really enjoyed her dish.
We finished our meal with two desserts, the candy bar and the brulee which we both loved. My daughter kept remarking how much she loved everything and that MW Restaurant is now her favorite restaurant. I just love how her taste palate is developing!
MW is now open for lunch Tuesday through Friday and dinner Tuesday through Sunday.
