Tanaka Ramen & Izakaya - Pearlridge - Opens May 6

Tanaka Ramen & Izakaya opens its newest location at Pearlridge Center on May 6!  This new location will offer the first 50 guests on May 6 a free bowl of ramen!

On May 7-8, spend $30 or more and get a free appetizer!

I attended a media event where I had a chance to try out the exclusive items offered only at the Pearlridge location:

Tako Wasabi

Arabiki Sasauge

Clam Chowder Croquette

Seafood & Vegetables Kushi Katsu

Tanaka Garlic Volcano Ramen

I LOVED the Tanaka Garlic Volcano Ramen.  If you love spicy, you will love this ramen too.  Made with a pork broth and level two spiciness, the ramen is so flavorful, and not overpowered with spice.

The ramen is topped with sprouts, green onions, garlic, black garlic oil, seasoned egg, and Korean powder.  So delish!

The Tako Wasabi also has nice heat to it.

The Clam Chowder Croquettes are a must-try.  In the middle of a deep fried, crispy croquette you'll find a delicious housemade chowder.  The textural contrasts make this such a treat to eat!

Tanaka Ramen & Izakaya is a welcome addition to Pearlridge Center.  I can't wait to return with the family!
