`Ulu Ocean Grill offers both a breakfast buffet and a la carte menu so you can start your morning off right while at the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai.
The buffet has been modified for the pandemic (employees stand behind a counter and plexiglass and serve food vs guests serving themselves).
I decided to order a la carte when I dined there for breakfast during my stay.
Breakfast is walk-in only, and fortunately the wait was very minimal.

I had the Paniolo Breakfast Burrito, which also came with a side salad.
I loved this burrito - it was super filling and super stuffed! A spinach tortilla enveloped eggs, corn, house-made chorizo, and cheese. I would definitely order this again! The house-made chorizo gave the burrito a nice bit of heat.
