Visit Hilo: 1 Plus 1 Cafe

 I've heard great things about 1 Plus 1 Cafe in Hilo, so I decided to order dinner from there.

They specialize in both Vietnamese and Chinese dishes. 

Roast Pork Mein Soup

Special Mein (Dry)

I opted for the Special Mein (Dry), which came with a huge bowl of chicken broth. I thought it was good, and I liked that there was plenty of pork and lots of thin noodles.  

Service was really friendly, but if I do go there again, I'll probably try a different dish.
