Da Seafood Cartel

If you love ceviche, you must try Da Seafood Cartel.  I was invited to try their Shrimp Ceviche, Blue Crab Tobiko Spread, Black Sauce of Death, and Homemade Tostadas.

Everything was so delicious! I topped the Homemade Tostadas with everything - the Blue Crab Tobiko Spread, Shrimp Ceviche, and the Black Sauce of Death.

It's great as an appetizer or can be quite filling as a meal on its own.

The Ceviche had bright notes and the perfect amount of acidity. The Blue Crab Tobiko Spread was so yummy, and the Black Sauce of Death gave a nice kick (spicy, but not too spicy).

After I ran out of tostadas, I just dipped tortilla chips in everything. Each component is great on its own, but together - the flavors and textures combine so well!

You can find Da Seafood Cartel Saturdays at @alohafarmlovers Kaka`ako from 8am-12noon, or for pre-order pickups at Forty Niner Aiea from 2pm - 6pm.
