On a recent visit to Hilo, I tried out Cham Cham Korean BBQ Restaurant.
I got the Chicken Katsu and BBQ Chicken.
The Chicken Katsu was okay - I've had better elsewhere, but I thought the BBQ Chicken was good.
For each plate, you could choose 4 vegetables. I got Choi Sum, Kim Chee, Potatoes, and Kim Chee Daikon. The potatoes are always my go-to at any Korean Restaurant. The Choi Sum was really good, and so was the Kim Chee.
