Six months after reopening the doors to their popular casual eatery, Artizen by MW, chefs Wade Ueoka and Michelle Karr-Ueoka recently launched a Happy Hour on August 16, 2021. The menu is comprised of small plates for mostly for $6, beer specials for $4, wines by the glass for $8, and are available for dine-in from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., Mondaythrough Friday.
The small plates menu includes:
· “Shake and Bake” featuring J. Ludovico Farms Chicken Wings ($6)
· Yukari Fries with a shiso honey mayo ($6)
· Quesadilla of the week ($6)
· Boiled peanuts ($6)
· Fried baby tako with wasabi koji sauce ($9)
· Kim chee poke (market price)

“We are pleased to introduce a number of affordable offerings through our dine-in happy hour,” says Wade Ueoka, executive chef of Artizen by MW. “We want brighten up people’s pau hana with tasty bites and drinks, while observing socially-distanced guidelines.”
Artizen by MW is located on the first floor of Velocity Honolulu in the Symphony Building, located at 888 Kapiolani Boulevard in Honolulu, Hawaii. The restaurant is open Monday to Friday, from 10:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. for lunch, and 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. for dinner (last call at 6:45); Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. for brunch, and 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. for dinner (last call at 7:45 p.m.); and Sunday, from 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. for brunch, and 3:00 – 6:30 p.m. for dinner (last call at 6:15 p.m.).
