Disneyland's Oga's Cantina at Galaxy's Edge

Star Wars themed drinks!

Since we hadn't been to Disneyland in 5 years, this was our first time at Oga's Cantina; the Star War's themed bar that features themed cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks for kids.

The bar is mainly standing room with limited shared booth seating partitioned in half with plexiglass.  Oga's is one of two places that serve alcohol inside Disneyland park - the other being the Blue Bayou restaurant.

My husband, Mike, started off with the Bloody Rancor – a Star Wars’ take on the Bloody Mary and I had the Fuzzy Tauntaun – a fruity cocktail topped with foam that came with a warning to not breathe it in. The foam contains a natural numbing agent that will make your mouth tingle. The kids ordered the Jabba Juice – a fruit drink with boba and Oga’s Obession – basically jello in a petri dish. The jello was actually really tasty and as we figured out that we were hungry, we ordered a second jello, the Happabore sampler – a charcuterie board, and a second drink for Mike, the Jedi Mind Trick.

Before you wonder if there are a lot of drunk people stumbling around Galaxy’s Edge, Disney has set limits in place.  First, there is a two alcoholic drink per guest and second, your party’s total experience time at the cantina is limited to 45 minutes. Disney thinks of everything!
