Windward Mall Farmers Market

Disclosure: complimentary Market Money was provided by our sponsor.

Get your fresh fruits, produce, tropical flowers, and locally made sweet and savory treats at the Farmers Market at Windward Mall every Wednesday (2 pm - 6 pm) and Sunday (10 am - 2 pm)! The Farmers Market, operated by Plenty of Aloha, is currently being held outdoors in the Windward Mall parking lot by Macy's, near the corner of Haiku and Kamehameha Highway.

There's lot of parking and space for shoppers to walk around.

At the farmer booths, there are signs informing customers to wear gloves when handling produce. Don't have your own? Not to worry, just look for the boxes of disposable gloves.

These green beans were so much fresher and greener than the ones at the supermarkets.

Much of the produce are individualy wrapped.

For me personally, one of the primary reasons I come to this Farmers Market is that they have a vendor that sells these Japanese sweet potatoes pictured below (I believe they're called "satsumaimo").  These sweet potatoes are not easy to find.

Looking for omiyage to bring to the mainland or to send to your friends and family on the mainland?

Manny's Bake Shop is my go-to for fresh baked manju, hot dog bun rolls, Spanish rolls, and turnovers.

Aren't these tropical flowers gorgeous?

A newcomer to the Farmers Market is Hiro's Smokehouse.

Try the Smoked Marlin Dip - just trust me on this!

The boiled peanuts from Aloha Edibles are amazing. They vacuum seal the bag for freshness.  The peanuts are plump and crisp!  Did you know boiled peanuts are healthier than roasted?

Whether you're looking for raw ingredients or ready-to-eat food and desserts, you'll find it all at Windward Mall Farmers Market!
