Mia Bella Gelato Bar opened this past summer in Wahiawa, and customers are able to create all sorts of gelato treats with the variety of gelato flavors, toppings, and accompaniments.

First you choose your size (the size you choose equates to the number of flavors you can select). All of my kids chose the Medio, which is 1-2 flavors.

Then you decide if you want a waffle upgrade (cone, dipped cone, bowl, or bubble), toppings, and any sauces.

They offer a few select signature bowls if you are unable to decide on what to get.
