Chef Brian Hirata of Na'au Hilo and Chef Kevin Lee of PAI Honolulu reunited for another unique collaboration dinner last Sunday at PAI Honolulu on Oahu. We were treated to eight original creations, inspired by the chefs' own personal childhood memories:
