La Hiki at the Four Seasons Resort Ko Olina offers both a buffet and an a la carte menu for breakfast. During our recent stay, our family was hosted for breakfast. I ordered off the menu, while the rest of the fam indulged in the breakfast buffet.
Migas con Huevos |
I love savory for breakfast, so I ordered the Migas con Huevos - scrambled eggs, pork chorizo, avocado, black beans, queso fresco, salsa, scallions, and tortilla chips. It's essentially like breakfast nachos - very tasty!
The breakfast buffet is served daily from 6am - 10:30am (adults $49, keiki $15). The buffet includes an omelet station, cheese and charcuterie, a buddha bowl station, pastries, cereals, yogurt station, Asian specialties, and a number of hot dishes.
My family members got their fill of dumplings, fried rice, fish, eggs, bacon, and of course - a variety of baked goods, such as malasadas, muffins, and croissants.
I love how there is something for everyone - healthy dishes for those wanting to eat light (fruits, parfaits, buddha bowls), and more indulgent ones (if I went for the buffet, I would have gone straight for the eggs, bacon, and all the cheese and charcuterie, along with the pastries!).
There's something to satisfy those who love savory (like me), or those who have a huge sweet tooth (also like me!). The La Hiki Breakfast Buffet offers a really nice variety!
I also appreciate that the stations allow you to customize your dishes to your liking, whether it's miso soup, yogurt, lox and bagels, or even pancakes!
My kids' favorite stations were the pancake station (and all the chocolate chips and chocolate syrup they could add), as well as the omelet station, because they love getting to choose exactly what goes into the omelet.
At the end of the meal, I got a cute treat since I was celebrating my birthday!Of note - the buffet stations, with the exception of the omelet station, were self-serve (vs an attendant serving, as some locations are still doing for buffets).
For an even more indulgent experience, Brunch for All Seasons is offered on Sundays!
Service was great, and the family was full and content.
Breakfast at La Hiki was the perfect way to start our day at the Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina.
Mahalo to the Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina for hosting our breakfast. Gratuity was paid on our own.
