Last Chance: 3660 on the Rise

When I heard that 3660 on the Rise would be "resetting" their restaurant service and discontinuing their main dining room service, we made reservations for one last supper at the restaurant. 3660 has always been one of my favorite fine-dining restaurants, and I am so sad to them discontinue their restaurant service.

Here's what we enjoyed on our last meal at 3660 On the Rise:

Ahi Katsu

Brown Butter Main Lobster Won Tons

Fire Roasted Spanish Octopus

Miso Butterfish

Duet of Fire Roasted Long Island Duck

Mile High Waialae Pie

The last seating in the dining room will be on Saturday, September 24, 2022. According to their Instagram page, thereafter they will continue to offer take out meals, private parties, specific calendar days for 'restaurant' service, and cooking classes. I hope they will continue to offer some of their signature dishes like the ahi katsu and Mile High Waialae Pie!
