HI Pie Bakery

I love going to bakeries to indulge my never-ending sweet tooth, so I was excited to visit HI Pie Bakery for the first time.  
Poi Banana Bread
They are known for their signature Poi Banana Bread, but they offer a nice array of sweets, as well as savories!
Lemon Cheesecake

I love cheesecake, so I couldn't resist getting the Lemon Cheesecake.   I ate the entire thing!  It was rich and luscious with a hint of lemon.  So yummy!


Chocolate Chip Cookies


I thought the cookies were a bit on the salty side, but I loved that they were chewy (Team Chewy all the way!) and loaded with chocolate chips.

Chocolate Cupcake

Each of my kids got an enormous Chocolate Cupcake and they each devoured it in no time.

I am already eager to go back and try more things on the menu!
