Brunch at The Hall by Beer Lab HI at Pearlridge

I love all things brunch, and I was super happy I (finally!) got a chance to try brunch at The Hall by Beer Lab HI at Pearlridge Center.  

Breakfast Taters

I love tots so I couldn't resist getting the Breakfast Taters.  They were topped with scrambled eggs (for some reason I thought the eggs would be "crumbled" throughout vs in one piece), as well as bacon, cheddar cheese, and hollandaise sauce.  I did wish they put more bacon, cheese, and sauce, but I loved how crispy the tots were.  It's the perfect meal for anyone who loves tots.

There are heartier dishes if you want something more substantial. 

Wagyu Breakfast Burger

The Wagyu Breakfast Burger consisted of a wagyu patty, American cheese, bacon, and scrambled egg.

The Loco Moco came with a mushroom gravy.  My friends who ordered these dishes said the wagyu was good.

Omurice

The Omurice was enormous!  Fried rice with bacon, shrimp, onion, and kim chee were hidden beneath a blanket of eggs, and served with a demi-glace sauce.  

Banana Lumpia

Chef Eunju so generously gave us Banana Lumpia with ice cream for dessert!

The Hall by Beer Lab HI at Pearlridge is a great spot for brunch in Aiea!
