Old Town Pizzeria & Tap House opened up in Wahiawa, in a spot that has seen a lot of turnover.
Garlic Knots
The Garlic Knots were tasty and a good starter. Chicken Bacon Ranch Salad |
The Chicken Bacon Ranch Salad was loaded with smoked chicken, red onions, and bacon. I wish the bacon was crispy vs cold and soggy, but I did like how they didn't skimp on toppings, and that the ranch was housemade. With the exception of the bacon, I really enjoyed the salad.
The Barrels |
The Barrels was delicious. It consisted of BBQ sauce, shredded chicken, and red and green onions. The crust was thin, crispy, and nicely charred. It was a great pizza!
They serve pizzas in 12" and 16" sizes, as well as in Detroit-style.
DT Pua`a - Meat Lovers |
We ordered the Detroit-style Meat Lovers, which was topped with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, Italian sausage, ham, and bacon. It was loaded, and the crust was thick and huge. I did think the cheese could've been browned better, but overall I thought it was a good pizza.
