Right across the street from our hotel in Sydney was Ice Kirin Bar, which specializes in tea-infused gelato in Japanese flavors.

The kids loved the Ovaltine & Chocolate Chip gelato!
I really appreciated the Japanese-inspired flavors, and I loved that they also offered Pineapple Buns with your choice of gelato or sorbet.

The gelato or sorbet is stuffed in the middle and they heat it up to a crisp, for a nice treat of contrasting textures.
The gelato and the pineapple bun were the perfect treats to end a night in Sydney!
