Rice Box Cafe is one of my new fave spots in Mililani. It was so good the first time I tried the food from there, and I recently did another take-out order.
This time I tried the Chicken Katsu, since I thought it looked really good the last time.

And it really was good! The Chicken Katsu was tender and juicy, unlike so many other places where it's overcooked and dry. The tsukemono aioli and katsu sauce gave it lots of added flavor.

Every one else in the fam devoured their food.
The food has been consistently good at Rice Box Cafe (even the rice is cooked perfectly!), and I feel like I'm probably going to eventually eat my way through almost the entire menu!
