Visit Mendocino: Flow Restaurant & Lounge

I was searching online menus of nearby restaurants in Mendocino, and a friend saw "Rock Cod Chowder," listed on Flow Restaurant & Lounge's menu, so that's where we went for brunch.

Rock Cod Chowder

In addition to pieces of rock cod, it also had bacon and veggies.  It was very creamy and delish.

Chopped Salad

The lovely Chopped Salad consisted of romaine, Cherry tomatoes, radishes, sugar snap pees, red onion, blue cheese, bacon, and green goddess dressing.    

I had the Omelette of the Day, which was filled with feta, bacon, kale, and mushrooms, and served alongside country potatoes. The fluffy omelette was stuffed with so many yummy ingredients, and it was the best omelette I've had in a really long time.

We sat outdoors, where it was a bit chilly and overcast, but still enjoyable.

Service was very friendly.
