Visit London: Crumpets Cafe

On the way to Buckingham Palace, we decided to eat breakfast at Crumpets Cafe.

It was a busy, tiny eatery, and our family had to split up and eat at two different tables.  

Nutella Crumpets

Since we were at a restaurant called Crumpets Cafe, I of course had to try some Crumpets!

Crumpets are similar to English Muffins, but lighter in texture.  

Crumpets with Spicy Beans and Poached Eggs
You can get savory Crumpets as well!

Egg & Bacon Sandwich
I had an Egg & Bacon Sandwich.  It was simple, but so yummy! 

Omelette

English Small Breakfast

The English Small Breakfast consisted of egg, bacon, hash brown, sausage, beans, bread, and tomato.  I thought the Small Breakfast was already large, but if you have a bigger appetite, the Big Breakfast consisted of double of almost everything. 

Crumpets Cafe was a convenient and satisfying spot for breakfast near Buckingham Palace!
