Visit Atlanta: True Food Kitchen

On New Year's Day, we decided to start the new year on the right foot with some healthy and nutritious eats at True Food Kitchen. 

True Food Kitchen emphasizes from-scratch foods based on the anti-inflammatory food pyramid, utilizing the freshest ingredients.

TFK Original Chicken Sandwich

I had the TFK Original Chicken Sandwich, which came with a kale-jicama slaw, pickled jalapeno, and a house bbq sauce.  I thought the flavors worked well, and I loved the crunch of the kale-jicama slaw.  The sandwich had a nice kick from the pickled jalapeno, but the chicken itself was a bit dry.  

Overall, it was a good sandwich.
