Visit Kauaʻi: Unko's Kitchen

We ordered breakfast from Unko's Kitchen one morning while on Kauaʻi.  

Kalua Hash

I had the Kalua Hash - eggs (I chose scrambled) atop a huge bed of hash browns, with onions and tomatoes.  I thought the hash browns were a bit underseasoned, but it sure was a lot of food!

Waffle Special

The Waffle Special included a huge scoop of ice cream and berries to top your waffle.  It was like dessert for breakfast!

Kalua Moco

Hunter's Special

The Hunter's Special came with rice, Portuguese sausage, SPAM, eggs, and smoked meat.

Portions are generous and Unko's was a great option for breakfast!
