Visit London: Hamley's

One of my kids wanted to go to Hamley's while in London, and we happily obliged.  

Hamley's flagship store on Regent Street is considered to be the largest and oldest toy store in the world, with 7 floors of all sorts of toys, games, and crafts that you can imagine!

There are toys for all ages, and as you could imagine, it's quite overwhelming to shop there with so many toys.  

You can play video games, watch a number of demos, and even eat ice cream!
I did wish there were places to sit within the store, because it took a long time for my kids to find something to buy (I saw many people sit on a stand that was actually supposed to be used for a demo).

Hamley's is definitely a must-visit to buy toys, shop for a gift, or simply to check out an iconic business!
