CHOCOLATES:
Six flavors of heart-shaped chocolates filled with a variety of flavors (dark chocolate yuzu hazelnut, dark chocolate lychee rose, milk chocolate lavender lemon, milk chocolate matcha, milk strawberry, and milk chocolate coffee) crafted by pastry chef and chocolatier Lutgarda White will be available for purchase. A box of 8 chocolates will retail for $24, while a 12-piece box will sell for $36. Pick-Up Dates: February 12, 13, or 14, 2024, 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
POP-UPS:
Chef Rian Lee will prepare two special pop-up dine-in experiences on February 14. The two different ways to celebrate Valentine’s Day include: 1) “Bubbly Pairing” featuring two glasses of Champagne with a snack pairing (price TBD), and 2) a four-course dinner showcasing three savory courses and a dessert for $85, featuring culinary inspirations by Chef Rian Lee, to be offered with wine pairings for a supplemental price.

Burrata Salad vine-ripened tomato, sea asparagus, white balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil

Filet Mignon with Porto Demi Glace, Yukon Gold whipped potatoes. sauteed French green beans

Sea Scallop over Linguine, lemon butter white wine sauce
Dessert Course
Coconut Panna Cotta, calamansi curd. pineapple. Thai basil
