Since we were near Waipahu, we decided to get lunch at one of my most favorite spots on the island for Fried Noodles - Leeward Drive-Inn!

My go-to lately has been the Box Lunch, which includes fried saimin, a huge piece of fried chicken, hot dog, rice, and Portuguese sausage. It's so much food - it usually lasts me at least 3 meals.
