Near our hotel was
Owl's, a Michelin-Guide recommended street food for the past 7 years! Owl's specializes in pâte a choux. The house pâte a choux is filled to order, so if there is a line, the wait can be pretty lengthy, but it's so worth it! I had the Signature Crème Brûlée, and it was heavenly!
The crispy topping and crumbly choux paired perfectly with the creamy fillng.
My kids had the Vanilla, and loved it too!
Owl's was a great find!
