If you are looking for a great meal in downtown Las Vegas, let me recommend to you 7th and Carson. Specializing in American cuisine, they offer brunch and dinner menus daily from 9am. We dined in on a busy Saturday night and were seated right away. The restaurant was lively and the staff was friendly. 

I ordered the chicken and waffles while my friends had the braised short ribs and the teriyaki salmon. The entrees range from $18-$22 which I thought was very affordable and they dishes were all delicious! We did not leave anything on our plates!
