Saint Honoré is home to couture doughnuts that are wholly made from scratch daily, hand cut and decorated. The doughnut shop features brioche dough and seasonal flavors using the highest quality ingredients. They also offer beignets that are made from scratch daily using an in house secret recipe. We were so obsessed with the doughnuts that we did not try the very delicious looking pizza they also serve from Pizza Anonymous.
The doughnut menu is divided between the classics (Cocoa Nib, Strawberry Sprinkle, Maple with Pearls, and Apple Sugar) and the couture (Banana Milk, The Cannoli, Creme Brulee, and Boston Creme) with additional seasonal beauties. We chose a box of six mix and match. I tried the Creme Brulee, Cocoa Nib, and Boston Creme. While I didn't like the hard sugar topping of the creme brulee, I loved how soft and delicious the dough of the doughnut was. The chocolate used in the Cocoa Nib and Boston Creme was especially tasty so for me, the classic Cocoa Nib was the winner.
We arrived a little after opening and there was already a line, but it moved quickly. You can also order online and pick it up at a designated time. There is a small area for seating, but most people take their doughnuts to-go. If you are in the mood for some fancy doughnuts, be sure to check them out.
